Current Playgroup WA members get an automatic additional entry when they enter their membership number in the form below. Everyone else in WA is welcome to enter, with maximum one entry per person. 

Term and Conditions:

• Competition open to Western Australian residents only.
• One entry per person or two entries per person if you include your current Playgroup WA Membership Number on the entry form
• Competition closes on Sunday 20 November 2022 at midnight.
• One winner will be drawn at random on Monday 21 November 2022 and notified by email.
• Winner to collect prize from specific location in North Perth or Southern River. If this isn’t convenient, the winner can arrange for the prize to be delivered at cost to the winner (estimated at $50, but this depends on location).
• If the winner has not contacted Playgroup WA to arrange collection of prize by 28 November 2022 this prize will be forfeited by that winner and a new winner will be selected at random.
• If the prize is not collected within 4 weeks from accepting the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random.
