These flow charts visually map the journey of members and playgroups through the Membership System. To make it easy to follow, we've used colour coding: blue represents actions taken by members, purple shows automated actions completed by the system, and pink highlights tasks that playgroups are responsible for.

QR Code to Membership System

Please note: members need to be invited to join or renew by the playgroup before they can register in the system. This is a prompt for situations where families have already been invited to trial, join or renew, but haven’t yet completed their Playgroup WA membership registration or payment.
