Playgroup Promotion Grants 2026

Playgroup WA's 2026 member playgroups can apply for a grant from Playgroup WA of up to $500 per playgroup to support the promotion of your playgroup in your local community.

This can be through hosting an Open Day or printing promotional materials to provide in the community, for example. Or you could do some social media advertising.

If you are hosting an Open Day, you may like to use the grant money to hire a face painter or other fun activity for the children to do, or for craft supplies and/or food at the event.

Please note, there are a limited number of grants available and this will be offered on a first come, first served basis to playgroups who complete the form below and meet the criteria. Applications close on 28 February 2026 or when allocations are exhausted (whichever comes first).

To apply for the grant, please complete the form below. Please include details of what you will do and how the grant money will be allocated, to a maximum of $500. This includes listing the suppliers, cost amounts and uploading evidence of the costs, such as a screenshot of a cost estimate, online shopping cart, email from supplier or quote. If the grant is provided, you will need to provide receipts for how the grant money was spent.
