Ticket Information

Please remember that all adults and children attending require a ticket. Tickets will be scanned on entry and wristbands provided at the door, so please check that your names and ticket quantities are correct.

Parking

Free public parking is available – the main carpark can be accessed via Gate 3 off Station Street and Gate 5 off Liege Street and there is also on-street parking.

Dedicated ACROD parking bays are located in the parking lots accessed via Gate 1 and 3/5

Public Transport

By Bus:
Bus Services – Albany Highway
Stop 10164 (south bound)
Stop 10049 (north bound) cross at Liege Street
Bus service 294 – Carousel to Midland Station
Stop 13627 or 22003 on Grose Street

By Train:
Use the Armadale Line – stopping at Cannington Station
Walking distance from station is approx. 1.4km

Pedestrian Entry Points

Entrances via Liege Street car park (Gate 4) and off Station Street (Gate 1 and 2).

This is a layout of the event space, highlighting key areas. The map is numbered for easy navigation, #1 is the Playgroup WA Welcome Table where you can find additional information and assistance.

Food & Drinks

There will be free Brownes Dairy yogurt pouches available at #3

Please note there are no water refill stations at the event, we advise you to bring a water bottles along with you

Toilets

Toilets are located at the rear of the Exhibition Hall (between #7 and #8 on the map) and in the foyer of the Liddelow Pavilion. Both locations include accessible toilets and baby change facilities.

First Aid

St John WA first aid officers will be on site and available between the Exhibition Hall and the Liddelow Pavilion.

Inclusion Support Staff

There will be inclusion support staff on site for anyone who needs extra assistance. Amiee and Lyndsey will be stationed in the Liddelow Pavillion and can be easily identified by their pink vests.

Earmuff Rental

A small supply of infant and child earmuffs will be available to borrow from the Welcome Table (#1) for little ones with additional sensory needs.

You’ll just need to leave your details when borrowing and return them before leaving the event grounds.

Chill Out Zone - Liddelow Pavilion

Need a break from the hustle and bustle? Visit the Liddelow Pavilion for bean bags, blackout tents, as well as fun sensory activities. Children can explore oats play, sensory toys & lights and rainbow spaghetti play - ideal for those little ones who regulate through touch and physical sensations!

Communication Boards

Communication boards will also be available at the Welcome Table (#1) and activity-specific communication boards will be placed at each Playgroup WA activity station to support non-verbal communication.
