This page is designed to help you decide what to request in your Playgroup WA Toys & Equipment grant application. The ideas and recommendations below have been collated by our Development Officers and include toys and equipment commonly used and valued by playgroups across Western Australia. There are some suppliers who will give us access to discounts, more information on this below.
Before you apply: You must obtain a quote or supplier invoice — or screenshot your shopping cart with prices and name of supplier clearly visible — before submitting your application. Always include delivery costs.
This information is provided to assist playgroups in sourcing quotes. While we don't endorse specific suppliers, the list includes those used in past grant applications and will be updated as new suppliers are identified.
Some suppliers offer Playgroup WA discounts, including MTA, The Playroom and Educating Kids. To access this discount, please email your shopping cart and any requests for freight/shipping to the following contacts and request that they generate you an invoice/quote stating that you are applying for a Playgroup WA Toy and Equipment Grant:
Our Development Officers have worked together with Modern Teaching Aids (MTA) to curate a selection of toys and equipment that suit playgroup settings. Browsing a pre-selected kit is a great starting point if you're unsure where to begin.

★ Request a pro forma invoice to attach to your grant application — make sure delivery fees are included.
★ If your application is successful, you can proceed with payment using your approved invoice.
