The “All About Me” form helps playgroups create welcoming, inclusive spaces by giving families the option to share information about their child and family before starting playgroup. Families can choose to share things like their child’s interests, sensory preferences, communication style, goals for playgroup, or any information they would like to share about their child. There is also space to share information about other family members who attend playgroup, if helpful.
The “All About Me” form is completely optional for families to complete, and they can share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with. All information is treated with care and used to help children settle in, for families to feel supported, and enjoy a positive playgroup experience from day one.
